What is an AIXpert?
A specialist AI built for one role — engineer, estimator, concierge, HR and more. Every AIXpert runs on RoyceAI Platform, so they share the same connected systems, documents, permissions and audit trail.
What counts as a site?
One building or facility with its own plant — a tower, a store, a campus block, a factory line. Car parks and annexes served by the same plant count as part of the site.
Which systems can you connect to?
Most BMS, CMMS, EMS and alarm servers over BACnet, Modbus, MQTT, OPC UA, REST or a read-only database connection. If yours isn't listed, we'll scope a connector during the pilot.
Is our data used to train your models?
No. Your data stays in your tenant or on your premises and is never used to train shared models.
Can it run without internet access?
Yes, on Enterprise Local. The model, data and interface all run on your own servers.
How long does onboarding take?
Two to three weeks for a typical site: connecting systems in week one, loading documents in week two, and going live with your team in week three.
Can we buy AIXpert Estimator on its own?
Yes. It works standalone for any business that quotes jobs, and connects to the rest of the platform later if you add it.
